We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping to North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania via trusted international couriers, including 4PX, DHL, Australia Post, China Post, USPS, Yodel, and SF Express.
Order Processing Time
Please note that we typically require 1–3 business days to carefully process and fulfill your order before dispatch. At VividCeramic, we take great care in packaging our ceramic pieces to ensure they arrive safely. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days, depending on your country or region.
Please be aware that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to public holidays, customs clearance, natural disasters, or global events.
Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, available items will be shipped first. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
If you ordered multiple items and receive only part of your order initially, there is no need to worry — the rest of your items will follow shortly.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (and/or SMS, if a mobile number was provided) containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please allow 1–3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become available.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
