Welcome to VividCeramic! We provide a secure and convenient checkout experience. Currently, we support the following payment methods:


 

Available Payment Methods

 

Shopify Payments

Accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as supported digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay (availability varies by region).


PayPal

Pay using your PayPal balance, linked credit/debit cards, or bank accounts. PayPal “Pay in 4 / Installments” may be available depending on your country and PayPal account eligibility.

Note: Available payment options may vary depending on your country, currency, device, or local regulations.

 


 

Checkout Process

 

  1. Add items to your cart and click Checkout

  2. Enter your shipping and contact information

  3. Choose your preferred payment method:

     

    • Credit/Debit Card via Shopify Payments (securely processed)

    • PayPal login and authorize payment

     

  4. Confirm and place your order

  5. You will receive an order confirmation email (and SMS if enabled)

 

 


 

Currency & Pricing

 

  • All prices are displayed in the store’s base currency (e.g. USD)

  • If you pay in another currency, the exchange rate is determined by your card issuer or PayPal and may differ slightly from live market rates

  • For international payments, your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee, which is beyond our control

 


 

Security & Compliance

 

  • Our checkout is protected with SSL/TLS encryption

  • Card payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant

  • We do not store or have access to your full card details

  • Fraud protection and 3D Secure authentication (where supported) may require additional verification such as SMS or app confirmation

Your payment may fail or be declined due to:

  • Insufficient balance or card limit reached

  • Cardholder name, billing address, or CVC not matching bank records

  • Multiple attempts or unusual activity triggering fraud protection

  • PayPal account restrictions or incomplete verification

  • Unstable internet connection

  • Double-check your card details and billing address

  • Try a different card or switch to PayPal

  • Contact your bank or PayPal for more information

Invoice & Billing

 

  • An electronic order confirmation will be emailed after purchase

  • If you require a formal invoice (e.g. company name or tax details), please contact us at Vividceramic@gmail.com after placing your order

  • Your bank statement may display the charge as VividCeramic or the payment processor’s name

 


 

Refunds & Returns

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Shopify Payments): typically 3–10 business days, depending on your bank

  • PayPal: usually instant to 5 business days

Please note that minor differences may occur due to exchange rates or international bank fees.

If your order has already shipped, refunds will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

 


 

Taxes & Duties

 

  • Product prices may not include import duties, VAT, or customs fees, depending on your country

  • These charges are assessed by local customs authorities and collected by the courier

  • Customers are responsible for checking local import regulations before ordering

 


 

Order Status & Notifications

 

  • After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking information

    • Card payments may be under bank review

    • PayPal eChecks may take several days to clear

Q1: Which cards are accepted?

A: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other cards supported by Shopify Payments (availability varies by region).


Q2: Do you offer installment payments?

A: If PayPal “Pay in 4 / Installments” is available in your region, it will appear at checkout. Card installment options depend on your card issuer.


Q3: Why do I see two charges?

A: One may be a temporary pre-authorization to verify funds. Any unused hold will be released automatically by your bank.


Q4: Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

A: No. Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. You may request a cancellation/refund (if eligible) and place a new order.


Q5: Do you accept Cash on Delivery or bank transfers?

A: Not at this time. We currently accept Shopify Payments and PayPal only.
