Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from vividceramic. We understand that when purchasing ceramics online, it can be difficult to fully appreciate the piece until you experience it in person.

You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Items must not show signs of damage, use, or alteration

To initiate a return, please email us at Vividceramic@gmail.com to request return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Customers must arrange their own return shipping and select a reliable logistics provider

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund only the product purchase price.

Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval and processing of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing time may take 2–7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please contact us at Vividceramic@gmail.com, and we will assist you.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized ceramic pieces, unless they arrive defective

Items lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping

(Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier)

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Your order number

Your contact information

Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue

Please retain all original items and packaging materials until the claim is fully resolved.

If a replacement item is unavailable or out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions or a refund.

 

Exchanges

Due to the limited availability and handmade nature of our ceramic pieces, we do not offer exchanges.

If your return is approved and refunded, you may place a new order on www.vividceramic.com if you wish.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

If the return is due to product defects or incorrect shipment, vividceramic will cover the return shipping costs

If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs
